ELANTAS PDG CONATHANE EN-4 Polyurethane Resin System is a two component, non-MBOCA system that is used for molding and potting electrical assemblies that are exposed to extreme thermal changes. It is typically used for print circuit boards, electrical cables, connectors, strain sensitive devices, and wire wound devices. It offers good dielectric properties, hydrolytic stability, low viscosity, high elongation, and resistance to fungus and thermal shock. Part A, 1 gal Can.
Must purchase the EN-7 PART B GAL Polyurethane Encapsulant separately, see below. Mix Ratio by weight is 100/17.5 Part A to Part B.
Typical Use: | Recommended for use as a molding and potting compound for general electronic use. Especially suited for the protections of delicate electronic/electrical devices that must perform in hostile environments, especially underwater sound devices. |
