Dow XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid, 12,500 CS Clear is a high viscosity, thermally stable, polydimethyl-siloxane polymer that is used for lubricating, electrical insulating, coating, protecting, furniture, metal, and automotive applications. It offers high shearability, gloss intensity, compressibility, damping action, and low vapor pressure, reactivity, pour point, and surface energy. It is resistant to weather, water, chemicals, oxidation, bacteria, and fungi. Packaged by KitPackers. Two 2.5 gallon jugs. 5 gal Kit.
| Typical Use: | XIAMETER™ PMX-200 Silicone Fluid is insoluble in water and many organic products. It is highly soluble in organic solvents such as aliphatic and aro-matic hydrocarbons, and the halo-carbon propellants used in aerosols. The fluid is easily emulsified in water with standard emulsifiers and normal emulsification techniques. |
